By continuing, I understand that I will have FREE access to DentiMax Flow, a new browser-based practice management software
(in early access).

• I understand that there is no data conversion available to or from DentiMax Flow software at this time and I will enter my data manually.
• I understand that because this is beta software, I may encounter bugs in using the program that could be aesthetic, minor functionality or major functionality, and I agree to report anything that myself or my team finds that does not appear to be correct.
• I understand that if I choose to no longer use DentiMax Flow, it is my responsibility to collect any data I need from the program manually.
• I agree that I am using the software for the purpose of running my dental practice, dental billing, hygiene, mobile service, or other patient driven dental service; I am NOT a member of a software competitor or third party researcher.
• I agree to work with the DentiMax team on any questions or concerns that either party has.
• I understand that if I or members of my team do not comply with the above, my access to DentiMax Flow software may be revoked at the discretion of DentiMax Software, Inc.
