We believe our job is not over once you purchase the sensor. Because of this, we include FREE installation and two training sessions (typically one hour per session) with each system. We schedule a time that is mutually beneficial to both you and our expert imaging staff to install the software on your server and the sensors/software in your operatories.
First Free Training Session
Once we have installed and verified that your sensors and software work properly, we will schedule your first remote, one-hour-long DentiMax software training session.
In the training course, our trainer will remote into your computer system, and while they are on speaker phone, they will "hand hold" you and your staff by taking x-rays and using the software.
After your first training session, you will start taking x-rays and using the software masterfully. This training and setup process maximizes your investment and ensures you receive the best, timeliest support in the industry. We guarantee that you and your staff will be comfortable using the equipment from day one.
Second Free Training Session
After you use the software for at least a week or two, DentiMax will schedule with you a follow-up, second training session. This way, your staff can gather a list of questions to address in the second class.
Our staff will customize the second session for your practice. We review all your questions and check that your staff is comfortable with the software and the sensors.
We will even help you with technical questions! Once we are sure we've answered all of your questions, we will go into more advanced features of the software.
After completing these two classes, 95% of offices will only need minimal technical support. Even for the minimal items, our technical support department is here to help you.
