What is the difference between technical support and training?
Our technical support team is responsible for ensuring your software runs to the best of its ability. Training is responsible for teaching you how to use the software. Training and support are purchased separately. Support prices are listed here and training can be purchased for $99/hour.
Which clearinghouses can I use with DentiMax?
DentiMax will work with both APEX EDI and DentalXchange. You can reach APEX at (800) 840-9152 and DentalXchange at (800) 576-6412. Each can provide you with competitive pricing and will work wonderfully with your DentiMax Practice Management.
Can I post credit card transactions directly into the ledger inside DentiMax?
Yes, with our XCharge module, you can post credit card transactions directly into the ledger with no need to “double post”. You will also receive competitive merchant processing rates through XCharge. Ask your sales executive about how to get XCharge in your practice today.
Can I use an iPad or tablets with DentiMax?
Currently DentiMax is supported only through Windows PC’s and tablets.
Do you have training videos or a manual?
We find that most customers prefer live training as it gives them the opportunity to ask questions and interact with our trainer. We do have videos available on our YouTube Channel for many of DentiMax’s features.
What operating system (OS) is supported?

Do you provide online back-up?
Our online (ASP) version of DentiMax is backed up at a secure offsite location with multiple redundancies.
Are there maintenance fees?
DentiMax does not have any required fees. You only need to purchase technical support when you want to use it.
Can we create our own reports?
Everything you need to create custom reports is included in the software, but if you would like us to create the reports, contact our support team for a preliminary quote.
Do you work with other imaging systems?
DentiMax integrates with virtually all imaging systems.
We do not practice in the United States, can we have our own tooth numbering system?
Yes DentiMax does support the FDI World Dental Charting.

How far ahead do I have to schedule onsite training?
We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for scheduling onsite training, but the more advance notice we have the better.
